World's top 10 Cleanest countries

Just now I read about top 10 world's cleanest country on web & wanted to share it here with all of you :)
The list was released on 21st April,2010.. So this is the latest rankings.

Here is the list of top 10 cleanest country, in the same order :)

  1. Iceland
  2. Switzerland
  3. Costa Rica
  4. Sweden
  5. Norway
  6. Mauritius
  7. France
  8. Austria
  9. Cuba
  10. Colombia


Some of the above countries are still developing countries and the developed countries like China, US, Russia, Japan, etc.. don't come in top 10, it was shocking for me !!

    Well, I agree with you because mostly people prefer to visit European countries especially Switzerland which is cleanest ranked as cleanest countries. It is heaven on earth just because of its outstanding weather and places which seems like romantic. Number of tourists visit there especially for honeymoon.
    There are plenty of places but the major visitor’s attractions are Geneva, Lucerne, Zurich, and Interlaken. I’d definitely recommend travelers to take a tour towards this place.

    Yup, there are many places for tourist to visit but if you prefer cleanliness then they are the best :)
