World's Top 10 Brands !!

Long long ago I've shared the list of Top 10 American Trusted companies list !! and Top 15 reputable companies in World !!. This article is on similar lines which rate companies based on there brand value. The brand value of a company is calculated based on its relationship customers across the globe. Another factor for calculating brand value is how famous a brand is ? That is how familiar are the consumers with a brand name in world.

Interband, one of the world's biggest company which rates company on brand had released the list of top 10 brands in the world. I'll be listing the top 10 brands in the world in tabular format (as always for better visibility) ;), so scroll down to see the list, and tell us if you don't agree with it.

If you have noticed this time I've given the ranking in descending order. The reason for revealing rank in decreasing order was to keep the suspense for Top 3 brands in the world.I was surprised to see Facebook couldn't make into this list, are you surprised for the same reason ? After long time I'm writing an article here, and this time I'm back with top 10 cars in India. This article can be considered as successor of my previous articles like Top 10 Indian luxury cars !! or Top 10 world's most popular Cars. Though in those article ranking were based on luxury or popularity, but this article will list the top 10 cars in India based on price, fuel efficiency, comfort, power and other features !

Before I start sharing Top 10 Cars in India, let me inform you that these ranking is not fixed and can change as time goes on and the ranking of specific car might vary if cars are ranked only on some or few factors, I'm ranking based on overall factors and people choice in India. Why should I run ?

Hello friends,

Whenever somebody ask you to start running, most of you reply with arrogance and ask, "I'm fit, WHY SHOULD I RUN ?". Right ?
I'll try to convince/answer the (above) question which you might have asked to your friend/relative by this article. So, I'm back with another article to keep you healthy and spread awareness about health issues which could be resolved when you run ! I read this article somewhere on net and I thought this should be shared with my viewers :D. 

I'll be sharing top 20 reasons for running daily or making it a habit. You can guess few of them by applying common sense, but to make this article complete let me list them all ;).

So, here I start with TOP 20 reasons for start running,

1. Easiest exercise to learn and Incorporate in daily life !
2. When you run fast you get fitter & stronger !
3. Quickest & cheapest way to cardiovascular fitness ! You need only a short, T-shirt and a pair of shoe to get started, that is almost no infrastructure ;)
4. When you run and relax you feel good mentally & physically.
5. Can help you in reducing stress level and the possibility of going to depression is minimized.
6. Great flexibility and can be practiced any where on earth.
7. Great accessibility. That is there are no barriers and no side effects.
8. Free of Cost ! That is there is no monthly subscription to start and stop running.
9. Good for heart, that is it strengthen your heart.
10. Running is for ALL !
11. Running helps you in losing weight and have in shape body.
12. Running help you in your sex life as well.
13. Burns extra calorie, fat, etc.. and that means you can eat a chocolate and needn't worry much about gain in weight.
14. Running helps you in coming back to normal state, that is coming back from hangover to normal state in less time!
15. Running is one of the ways to avoid annoying people and hence can be used as safety aid. ;)
16. Running can help you in winning few races like marathon !
17. Gives you time to gossip while running in a park with friends.
18. Running improves your concentration, as you need to concentrate while running to avoid collision with others in park/ground/road.
19. Running is a great way to meet new people.
20. Increases your stamina, and hence can do work more efficiently for longer duration.

And now the next question will be,
When should I start running ?
It is never too late ! You can start running from today and stay healthy.

Running as an exercise is preferred early in the morning by many, though I would say if you can't get up early in the morning then atleast start running in evening at some nearby park/ground. Running will not only keep in great shape but also keep you away from doctors :).

Top 10 Myths !!

I'm back with serious issue this time and hope it helps every reader. This time I'll be sharing myths (A traditional, typically ancient story dealing with supernatural beings, ancestors, or heroes that serves as a fundamental type in the worldview of a people, as by explaining aspects of the natural world or delineating the psychology, customs, or ideals of society) related to heart problems ! Heart is like CPU for our computer, that is we live till our heart is safe. And there are many myths related to heart problems in our society.

In this article I'll be sharing the top 10 myths related to heart problems and try to give genuine reasoning or actual fact related to it.

Myths & Facts:

1. Myth: I'm physically fit I can't get heart Attack !
   Fact: Definitely being fit is an advantage and it does reduces the risk of getting suffered from heart heart, but that is not the necessary condition for not getting a heart attack. Some factors which can cause a physically fit person heart attack are tobacco abuse, high cholesterol, hypertension (High BP, in common terms) & genetics.
2. Myth: Recognizing symptoms of heart attack is easier !
   Fact: The symptoms of heart attack are not easy to identify for a normal/ordinary human. Please don't take symptoms like unusual fatigue, shortness of breath, chest pain, cold sweat, pain in arms, fluttering heart, heaviness, cold sweat & unusual fatigue.

3. Myth: No Chest => No heart Heart attack
   Fact: The pain in case of heart attack isn't localized. In fact in case of diabetics you might experience any pain. The pain is not defined properly, it can be heaviness or tightness or feeling pressure in some situations.

4. Myth: Let me wait for chest pain to go.
   Fact: This approach is followed by many and is also known as "wait and watch" approach in computer science language. and this can be dreadful in some situations. So, if you are feeling from it for few hours then you need medical attention.
5. Myth: I'm Young and that is why I'll not have any heart problems.
   Fact: It was true in early age, that is ancient time but this doesn't hold in current situation. The main reason for this to be a myth are junk food, no or less physical & mental exercise, high stress level, work pressure, increase in level of alcohol intake, smoking.

6. Myth: Intake of Aspirin daily can help me in reducing heart attack effect
   Fact: Taking aspirin at time of active heart heart is advised but many take aspirin daily because of this myth. It shouldn't be taken daily unless your doctor advised you to do it.
7. Myth: Heart attack => Life halts
   Fact: Not True ! There are many patients who live normal live after heart attack. Just practive good life style and be healthy (healthy is different from physically fit !)
8. Myth: Effect Heart attack is same on Men and Women
   Fact: If the intensity of heart attack is same then men are at higher risk when compared to women in normal situations. Also, men are at higher risk of fatal heart diseases. Also, there is a myth that women doesn't suffer from heart attack. On lighter side there is a famous joke which says, Men are more prone to get a heart attack as women are more prone to give them by breaking men heart!.
9. Myth: If I'm controlling my sugar level then I needn't worry about diabetes for heart related problems
   Fact: Diabetes causes inflammation and that can effect/damage blood vessels and that implies high possibility of heart related disease or problem.
10. Myth: I went through heart surgery (Angioplasty), Now I'll not suffer from any heart problem
    Fact: If you are careless with your body and do not have good diet and healthy lifestyle it is bound that you might suffer from heart problem again !

Please understand that our body is a temple and we should worship it ! And by worshiping I mean take care of it. Hope from now onwards you will follow a healthy lifestyle (avoiding alcohol, smoking, junk food, etc.. ) to be healthy.

Top 10 mispronounced words by toddlers !

Today I'm gonna share Top 10 mis-pronounced words by toddlers. By toddlers I mean the people who toddle, that is young kids who are in the age range of one - three, that is too young kids and that is the age range when children start learning speaking words. This article is specifically for all the parents who has kids in the age range of one - three, that is toddlers.
I'll be sharing top 10 mis-pronounced words by toddlers in tabular format and it means I cover top 3 words as well. First column indicates the correct word and Second column indicates how small kids generally pronounce them. The data is generated through a survey and can vary for small group of individuals.

Note:

1. The word YELLOW (ranked No.1) is reported to be mis-pronounced by more than 70% of toddlers (infant kid) parents.
2. And the word SPAGHETTI is wrongly pronounced by around 17.1% of infant kids.
3. More than 9% of preschooler or child or toddlers mis-pronounce the word RABBIT.
4. Around 6% of parents reported that there kid wasn't able to speak the word BIRTHDAY correctly.
5. And remaining words follow in decreasing percentages, as per the survey.

When our kid speak these we like it and think them to be cute, but don't you think it has to corrected as soon as possible ? Otherwise it will be embarrassing for the kid when he/she grows and mis-pronounce the words in school. And that can lead to frustration in the minds of young kids as they grow.
Though  don't hurry as they are still infant, start correcting them but with moderate pace. There are some useful ways (or tricks, tips) for correcting toddlers at moderate pace like hide something which he/she wants and then ask him/her, "what do you want ?" And try that the kid says the correct word and till he tells it correct keep correcting :). Another trick (or way) is to give choices to your kid while asking something, as infant kids try to repeat what we speak. And by that you are teaching them the correct way to speak those words or any other mis pronounced word.

This list was released in August, 2011 and the ranking is based on there income, which includes the prize money they earn through tournaments/games they play and other sources like appearances fees, endorsements, exhibition, etc.
Before I share the Top 10 Highest paid female athletes 2011 players list, I would to share the top 3 and then Top 10 highest paid female players !

• 2 players are from tennis in Top 3.
• 4 Players are from America in Top 10. Also, now Maria Sharapova is a resident of America.
• Only from 4 distinctive sports (tennis, racing, Figure skating & Golf) female athletes occupy top 10.
• All the female athletes age is in the range of 20-30 (including both boundaries) excluding Venus Williams.
• Danica Patrick moved one place up from her last year's ranking.
